We provide hands-on support to companies through the whole employee lifecycle - attracting employees aligned with a company’s culture and values then recruiting the right person for the role by designing the interview process, attending interviews and psychometric testing. We help drive employee retention through engagement surveys, stay interviews, leadership development and pay & benefits review, creating a place of work where people want to stay and give their best. We can implement HR systems to save business owners time on administration and at those times when you are experiencing employee issues, we will support you through disciplinaries, grievances or redundancies. In short, we act as a company’s Head of HR without the permanent headcount.Â
