I am a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Team. I deal with a wide range of commercial or civil disputes, on behalf of a variety of businesses as well as supporting individuals. Being part of the IP and Technology Disputes sub-team, I primarily deal with disputes touching this specialism. These disputes encompass; intellectual property claims, including copyright and trade mark infringements, domain name disputes and Company Name Tribunal applications, to name a few, essentially protecting what makes you unique and/ or what you create.
